Ottawa, Canada (April 27, 2010) – Mxi Technologies, the leader in aviation maintenance management software, today announced that they have extended their agreement with Lockheed Martin to implement Maintenix software for an increased number of F-35 Lightning II aircraft under the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. As flight testing continues on the next-generation strike fighter, Maintenix serves at the core of Lockheed Martin’s Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) – a key aspect of the F-35 program contributing to overall affordability and total life-cycle support.
“We are extremely pleased to be working with a world-class organization like Lockheed Martin as they continue to enrich the ALIS solution and provide invaluable improvements to the JSF program,” said Les Hine, President and CEO, Mxi Technologies. “This further demonstrates Mxi’s commitment to help shape the future state of defense aviation maintenance.”
