Japan Airlines Selects TIMCO Aerosystems Featherweight Galley

The new galley is designed to reduce maintenance costs through efficient design and use of materials and parts.

GREENSBORO, NC —28 April, 2010... Leading aircraft interiors engineering and products manufacturer TIMCO Aerosystems, a division of TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. (“TIMCO”), announced today that Japan Airlines (“JAL”) has selected Aerosystems’ new Featherweight™ galleys for installation on new JAL B767 aircraft. The TIMCO Aerosystems galleys will be delivered to the production line starting in 2011.

The new Featherweight™ galley complements TIMCO Aerosystems’ existing line of Featherweight™ interiors products, which includes lavatories and Brice Seating economy and premium economy seats. In addition to weight savings, the new galley is designed to reduce maintenance costs through efficient design and use of materials and parts.
