JSSI Invests in Expanded European Service Team

JSSI has appointed Martin Muellner as Technical Advisor for Eastern Europe and Austria, Brian Wells as Technical Advisor for Switzerland, and James Carroll as Account Manager for clients throughout all of Europe.

EBACE 2010 – Geneva, Switzerland – Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the largest, independent provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for the business aviation industry, has appointed Martin Muellner as Technical Advisor for Eastern Europe and Austria, Brian Wells as Technical Advisor for Switzerland, and James Carroll as Account Manager for clients throughout all of Europe.

Martin Muellner brings more than 30 years of aviation industry experience to JSSI as a certified aircraft engineer. Martin is bi-lingual in German and English and provides Technical Services support to JSSI clients in Austria and Eastern Europe, including Russia. He is based in Vienna, Austria.

With more than 27 years experience in aircraft maintenance and operations, Brian Wells speaks German and English and holds an Airframe & Powerplant rating. Prior to joining JSSI, he was a Crew Chief in the United States Air Force and general manager for two Part 145 Certified Repair Stations. Brian has lived and worked in Europe for over twenty years and is based in Basel, Switzerland.

James Carroll has significant experience in the aviation industry with a particular focus in customer service. With degrees in French and Spanish from Coventry University in the UK, James speaks English, French and Spanish. As an Account Manager, James is the central point of contact for JSSI clients in Europe and is based at JSSI’s new European Headquarters at Farnborough Airport.
