Oceanside, CA, June 2, 2010 — DART Helicopter Services (DHS), a major producer and global distributor of more than 3,000 certified helicopter accessories, has completed an exclusive distribution agreement with a world-class aerospace services business that will establish a stronger DHS presence in South Africa.

The new partnership involves National Airways Corporation (NAC), headquartered in Johannesburg. Offering a full range of aviation services and products to the fixed wing and helicopter markets, NAC specializes in aircraft sales, aircraft maintenance, avionics, parts sales, charter, international operations and pilot training.

This agreement will enable DHS to offer its complete inventory of helicopter components to operators across NAC’s entire market spectrum, supplementing its operations in North and South America, Europe, Japan, China and Singapore. By utilizing NAC warehouses and service facilities, DHS will provide readily available accessories to customers worldwide, minimizing rotorcraft downtime and ensuring quick delivery of high quality parts and systems that improve helicopter safety and reliability.

“We are delighted to get this new relationship under way,” said Jeff Shapiro, DHS president and CEO. “Affiliation with NAC, a truly outstanding aviation company in this growing area, creates exceptional opportunities for DHS, and we expect NAC will gain comparable advantages from associating with us.”

“NAC is equally enthusiastic about working with DHS. The company is thoroughly professional with a fine reputation for service excellence as a one-stop shop for helicopter accessories that will improve our own operations,” concluded Redmond Fowle, Executive Director, NAC.

The agreement is effective immediately, and DHS already is expanding its production and distribution to address new markets.
