Enterprise Jet Center Names Kevin L. Nichols, Director of Maintenance

Houston, Texas – Enterprise Jet Center has named Kevin L. Nichols, Director of Maintenance for the Hobby-based FBO. Enterprise Jet Center is an 800,000-square foot complex that features the only canopy at Houston Hobby (KHOU) Airport.

Nichols has worked for repair stations at Hobby Airport since 1978. He joined Enterprise Jet Center in 2007 as a senior floor mechanic. Nichols has held an Aviation Maintenance Certificate (AMC) for three decades and has been director of maintenance for flight departments specializing in Kingair, Hawker, Cessna, Lear Jet and Falcon aircraft. Originally from Florida, Nichols lives in League City with his wife and two sons.

Enterprise Jet Center has been in operation at William P. Hobby Airport in Houston, TX since 1979. In 2006, Enterprise opened a new 300,000-square foot facility bringing the total complex to 800,000-sq. ft., including a 10,000-sq. ft. canopy the only one of its kind at Hobby. Enterprise became a Certified FAA Repair Station (J89R218Y) in 2007. In 2010 the maintenance department moved to a 30,000-sq. ft. dedicated maintenance facility adjacent to the main terminal.
