K-State Aviation Hires Hinchee

SALINA -- Kansas State University at Salina has hired Lowell James Hinchee as a full-time aviation instructor. In addition to teaching in the classroom, Hinchee will help oversee flight training operations.

Hinchee is a Master Certified Flight Instructor-Aerobatic with nearly 8,000 flight hours and more than 30 years of aviation experience. He has served as an assistant professor of aviation at the University of Louisiana-Monroe; general manager and owner of Foundation Flyers Flight School, Winter Haven, Fla.; deputy ground school instructor for Orlando Flight Training, Kissimmee, Fla.; and flight operations manager for Rabigh Wings Flight School, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from University of Louisina-Lafeyette.
