Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corp. Signs 10-Year OnPoint Solution Agreement for EVA Air's CF6-80C2 Fleet
The agreement is valued at approximately $230 million (USD) over the 10-year period. EGAT, and GE have also signed a 10-year extended general support license agreement that allows GE to continue to provide various technical support to EGAT.
EVENDALE, OHIO - September 20, 2010 - Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corp. (EGAT) based in Taiwan has signed a 10-year, OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation for OEM material management and repair solution for 100 CF6-80C2 engines that power EVA Air's fleet of Boeing 747-400 and MD-11 aircraft. The agreement is valued at approximately $230 million (USD) over the 10-year period. EGAT, and GE have also signed a 10-year extended general support license agreement that allows GE to continue to provide various technical support to EGAT.
