BBA Aviation Appoints Mary Miller as VP, Industry and Government Affairs

She will be responsible for strengthening the Group’s existing relationships with industry associations and government agencies as well as establishing new relationships with other aviation focused bodies.

BBA Aviation, the leading aviation support and aftermarket services provider, announces the appointment of Mary Miller as VP, Industry and Government Affairs for BBA Aviation’s US operations. In this role, Mary will be responsible for strengthening the Group’s existing relationships with industry associations and government agencies as well as establishing new relationships with other aviation focused bodies.

Mary joined Signature Flight Support (a BBA Aviation company) in 1992 following the merger of Butler Aviation and Page Avjet. At Signature, Mary was most recently VP, Customer Relations. Mary participates on a wide range of industry boards and committees including the Aero Club of Washington, the National Aeronautical Association and the Transportation Security Administration’s Aviation Security Advisory Committee. She is a graduate of Indiana University.

In her new role, Mary will continue to be based at Signature’s Washington FBO (DCA) and will report to Michael Scheeringa, President of Signature Flight Support, working closely with Iain Simm, Group General Counsel.
