(Independence, Kansas, October 28, 2010) - Kansas Aviation of Independence ("Kansas Aviation") announced a contract signing with Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. (P&WC.). Kansas Aviation was selected as a repair and overhaul supplier for constant speed units, prop governors, and oil-to-fuel heaters. The contract covers a variety of engine types, including the PT6T, PT6A, JT15D, PW100, PW150, PW200, PW300, and PW500. Our recent facility expansion and existing relationship with P&WC positions Kansas Aviation to provide superior customer service and quality, along with industry-leading turn around times.”
Kansas Aviation was formed in 1992, is an industry leader in providing engine accessory repairs and overhauls to the fixed wing and rotor markets. Kansas Aviation’s services cover most engine accessories, including fuel controls, pumps, oil coolers, valves, and electronic exciter boxes.
