Pratt & Whitney Canada Signs Multi-Year Engine Maintenance Contract with Aramco Associated Company

P&WC will provide engine support for the Saudi Aramco-operated AgustaWestland AW139 fleet based in Saudi Arabia.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2010) - Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) has signed a multi-year Fleet Management Program(R) (FMP(R) Program) contract with Aramco Associated Company (AAC), an affiliate of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco). Under the terms of the contract, P&WC will provide engine support for the Saudi Aramco-operated AgustaWestland AW139 fleet based in Saudi Arabia. P&WC is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) company.

The FMP(R) Program's Guaranteed Maintenance Cost Plan contract covers PT6 engines over the term of the agreement.
