FlightSafety Promotes Paul Kuchta to Assistant Manager, Dallas/Fort Worth Learning Center

Kuchta will assume responsibility for the Center’s aircraft maintenance technician training programs as well as other managerial duties.

LA GUARDIA AIRPORT, New York (November 9, 2010) – FlightSafety International is pleased to announce that Paul Kuchta has been promoted to Assistant Manager of the company’s Learning Center located at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Texas. He will assume responsibility for the Center’s aircraft maintenance technician training programs as well as other managerial duties.

Paul began his career with FlightSafety in 1998 as a Technical Analyst. He was promoted to Maintenance Instructor and was named to his most recent position of Director of Maintenance Training in 2001.

He served in the United States Air Force for 21 years and was assigned to a number of technical, training and supervisory roles throughout the United States and elsewhere around the world. While in the Air Force, he developed aircraft maintenance training curriculums, managed numerous Aircraft Crew Chiefs and Maintenance Technicians and served as Superintendant of a Maintenance Operations Center with responsibility for coordinating and tracking the maintenance of a large fleet of F-15 aircraft.

Paul studied Systems Maintenance Technology at the USAF Community College and leadership at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy. He holds an Airframe & Powerplant Certificate and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
