Mxi Technologies Announces Dave Seibel as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Ottawa, Canada (December 16, 2010) – Mxi® Technologies, the leader in aviation maintenance software, today announced that Dave Seibel has joined the company as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, Mr. Seibel will be responsible for working with the executive leadership team to further strengthen Mxi Technologies’ market leadership position and prepare the organization for strategic growth.

Mr. Seibel brings with him over 30 years of experience in business strategy, planning, and organizational leadership, having previously held senior management positions within a number of top Canadian technology firms; most recently as Chairman and CEO of Accenture Canada. Complementary to his work in managing top technology companies, Mr. Seibel has also served on the Boards at Ubiquity Software and BMB Fuels. Mr. Seibel is also very active within the community and serves on a number of boards and committees for local and national charitable organizations.
