Dallas, Texas…January 27, 2011…BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul Group (ERO) will sponsor its company Dallas Airmotive to actively support business aircraft operators during Super Bowl week with field service technical personnel and mobile response vehicles at key area airports. Dallas Airmotive is OEM-authorized on more than 80% of the turbine engines in operation today on business aircraft.

“There are more than a dozen business aviation airports within a 60 minute driving radius of the Super Bowl site,” stated ERO President Hugh McElroy. “Our state-of-the-art F1RST SUPPORT center is ready to coordinate our mobile response teams in the event an operator needs help. We’ve pre-positioned mobile response vehicles and technicians at two of the high traffic business aviation airports – Dallas Love Field and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. We have more than 20 additional technicians in the area on call and ready to help whenever and wherever we are needed.”

Dallas Airmotive’s F1RST SUPPORT center uses real-time satellite tracking of personnel, vehicles, tooling and engines to immediately respond and route technicians with repair equipment, parts and accessories to AOG events. The F1RST SUPPORT center has significantly reduced the time between a customer’s call and an agreed upon plan of action to only several minutes.

As part of the Super Bowl activities, Dallas Airmotive will co-host Super Bowl parties on Sunday, February 6 for flight crews at both DFW International Airport’s new Corporate Aviation Center and at the Love Field Signature Flight Support facility. “We never forget that during big events such as this the flight crews are often on standby and have to maintain their readiness,” commented McElroy. “We are pleased that we can be on hand with technical support if help is needed as well as taking the lead in hosting a relaxing environment for crews during what promises to be an extremely busy week.”

Aircraft operators can call 1-800-527-5003 or 214-956-3001 to reach the F1RST SUPPORT center.
