(L/D)max Aviation Safety Group Launches into the Aviation Industry, Enhancing Safety
(L/D)max Aviation was recently selected by major carrier WestJet to provide Safety Investigator Training to their key staff.
San Pedro, CA – February 9, 2011 – With an evolving, unpredictable world that is constantly changing, aviation safety has become increasingly critical. Providing effective, advanced education and training to organizations around the world and offering one-of-a-kind opportunities to the aviation community, (L/D)max Aviation Safety Group is taking aviation safety to a new level.
There is a worldwide need to enhance aviation safety programs to ensure they are effective and proactive. Offering a variety of courses that provide specialized education and training opportunities to individuals in the aviation field, (L/D)max Aviation’s team of experienced instructors and knowledgeable staff are moving aviation safety forward on an international scale. Not only are the instructors experts in their fields, but their experience allows them to bring first hand knowledge and experience to the classroom.
“We look to improve on both the instructional methodology and the use of modern technology in conducting aircraft accident investigation,” said Gary Morphew, (L/D)max Aviation COO. “Further, we hope to help analyze accidents in innovative ways to recommend actions or techniques to further aviation safety after an accident occurs.”
It is clear that this organization is already having a positive impact on the aviation industry. (L/D)max Aviation was recently selected by major carrier WestJet to provide Safety Investigator Training to their key staff. After completing an RFQ process with a number of competitors, they were selected as the exclusive provider for this training. In addition, (L/D)max Aviation has received commitments from a number of international organizations that (L/D)max Aviation will be used exclusively for all of their training needs.
(L/D)max Aviation’s team of expert instructors and staff understand the critical need of providing companies around the globe with the most informative, comprehensive training available. From commercial to military aviation, safety programs are constantly being analyzed and altered to reflect new industry standards and best practices. Providing the most current information on these is a priority to the (L/D)max Aviation team. In addition, the staff works with organizations to help enhance their safety programs as a whole utilizing specialized courses that meet the specific needs of each company.
In addition to courses that provide instruction and training in aviation safety, (L/D)max Aviation places a strong emphasis on cabin safety. As part of a movement to further train and educate those individuals in the aircraft, working daily to ensure passenger safety, (L/D)max Aviation has developed partnerships with industry leaders to provide a new level of service to cabin personnel, an area often slighted or ignored completely.
“For many years it has been my goal to bring the best in training, brightest in instructors and newest information to flight attendants and airline safety departments,” said Sharon Morphew, (L/D)max Aviation CEO. “The plan I forsee for (L/D)max Aviation is to continue this policy, working with other organizations to bring this training local and offer new information in one day training sessions. Our ultimate goal is to get the ‘line’ flight attendants to participate in either one these training days or both a training day and Halldale’s WATS Cabin Track in Orlando in April to provide more thorough training to these selfless ladies and gentlemen who put their lives on the line daily to make sure that passengers get to their destinations without a hitch.”
