FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (February 28, 2011) – CRS Jet Spares, a leading business aviation aftermarket parts supplier, has begun a project expanding its footprint in Asia to support the region’s business aviation community.

“We have been involved in providing our services to the region and believe the timing is right,” stated CRS Founder & CEO, Armando Leighton, Jr.

CRS has developed a customer base in the region by participation in regional events and increased efforts to build relationships. The company has decided to take these efforts a step further by housing inventory. This plan will be developed in the next 12 months and implemented in phases. Phase one will include placing support items for various aircraft types including Gulfstream IV, V, 450 and 550; Hawker; Challengers; Global Express; Lear Jets and Falcon. “We plan on placing high usage items where operators are dependent on support from either European or US facilities.”

Emergency batteries, hydraulic pumps, and oxygen equipment are a few items that will be made available through this initiative. CRS will be partnering with a Honk Kong company to facilitate the logistics, delivery and regional support programs that will be offered.
