Qatar Airways Renews Supplier Approval With A J Walter Aviation
It currently holds over 250 individual customer approvals and has been providing Qatar Airways with full quality assurance since 2005.
London, March 2011: Qatar Airways Technical Division has once again renewed its supplier approval of A J Walter Aviation, the integrated aviation spares support specialist. Every year AJW successfully wins or renews approvals with over twenty-five airlines, airline engineering and OEM customers from across the globe. It currently holds over 250 individual customer approvals and has been providing Qatar Airways with full quality assurance since 2005.
All AJW systems are continually updated to meet current statutory, regulatory and individual customer requirements. The effective operation of AJW’s Quality Management System plays an essential role in helping to reduce risk and provides a reliable framework for the Company to deliver quality products and services in relation to stocking and distribution procedures.
AJW recently extended its AS/EN 9120 and FAA approvals across all its UK, Singapore and Dubai facilities. The Company was also commended by international certification agency Bureau Veritas on its knowledge, implementation and adherence to all procedures including the overall management and maintenance of all systems documentation, as well as effective procedures for corrective and preventative actions.
