MOLINE, Ill., March 15, 2011 --- Wynn Elliott, chairman and ceo, Elliott Aviation, today announced that Gregory J. Sahr has joined the business aviation services company as vice president, sales, marketing and business development. Sahr will report directly to Elliott and manage the company’s technical sales and business development programs, as well as marketing communication support, including advertising, direct marketing and public relations.
