(NASDAQ and TASE: ESLT) ("Elbit Systems") announced today, further to its announcement of February 22, 2011, that it completed the acquisition of the balance of the shares of Elisra Electronic Systems Ltd. held by Elta Systems Ltd. a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd.
