Kansas City, Mo. – April 8, 2011 – PAS Technologies Inc. announces that Daniel Boggs has been appointed General Manager of the company’s gas turbine engine component service and manufacturing center in Hillsboro, Ohio effective March 30, 2011. Mr. Boggs will oversee all day-to-day operational activities at the facility with an emphasis on activities to grow sales and revenue.
Mr. Boggs joins PAS Technologies with more than 29 years of outstanding technical leadership in the aerospace industry.
“Dan’s impressive aviation industry experience will be instrumental as we pursue long-term growth initiatives,” said Phil Milazzo, PAS Technologies President and Chief Executive Officer. “Dan will leverage existing capabilities to respond to demands of the commercial and military markets and will ensure resources are properly focused to attain key business objectives.”
Mr. Boggs joins PAS Technologies from Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services where he served most recently as Director of Component Repair and Overhaul. Mr. Boggs started his aviation career in 1982 in the US Navy as an Avionics Line Mechanic. After his service with the Navy, he joined Delta Airlines. His career includes DHL Airways, Air Wisconsin Airlines, and AAR Aircraft Services.
Mr. Boggs earned a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
