Boeing Shanghai Signs Maintenance Agreement with AeroSvit Ukraine Airlines
Boeing Shanghai was established in June 2006 as a joint venture of Boeing, Shanghai Airport Authorities and Shanghai Airlines.
SHANGHAI, April 14, 2011 – - Boeing Shanghai Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (Boeing Shanghai) announced today the signing of a one-year maintenance agreement with AeroSvit Ukraine Airlines for 767 heavy maintenance and modification.
Boeing Shanghai inducted the first 767 for AeroSvit on March 9 to conduct a C check. In addition, a second AeroSvit 767 entered the facility in late March for Boeing Shanghai’s first winglet modification, with a pylon modification and a D check.

AeroSvit Airlines, with headquarters the Ukraine capital of Kiev, is that region’s largest airline company.
Boeing Shanghai was established in June 2006 as a joint venture of Boeing, Shanghai Airport Authorities and Shanghai Airlines. The mission of Boeing Shanghai is to provide high-quality modification, maintenance, repair and overhaul services to regional and international airlines as well as to domestic Chinese airlines. During the past year, Boeing Shanghai has reached maintenance agreements with several international customers.
