Business aviation services provider FL Technics JETS received EASA Part-145 certification, which allows the company to provide repair and maintenance services for Hawker Beechcraft 700/750/800/800XP/850XP/900XP aircraft family.
FL Technics JETS launched a new business aviation services centre at the International Vilnius airport. The company provides line and base maintenance, as well as engine management, cabin refurbishment and express spare parts supply and component repair services.
“FL Technics JETS are now officially open for business. During the initial stages we assembled a world class technical team, established a strong partner network of suppliers and contractors in order to be able to provide state-of-art services and compete with top players in the region” – noted CEO of FL Technics JETS Darius Saluga.
FL Technics JETS operates on the technical base of parent company FL Technics. Hangars of FL Technics will be equipped with two special berths for business jet services.
Working with leading airlines in Russia and CIS, FL Technics has more than 20 years of experience in commercial aircraft maintenance, including C and D checks. Influential Russian aviation website Aviaport.ru selected FL Technics as one of the best MRO companies in Russia for the year 2010.
Initially FL Technics JETS plans to expand capabilities with services for Bombardier Challenger 600 and Embraer Legacy 450/500/600 aircraft families, in order to serve the most common aircraft in the region.
In Russia alone there are around 300 business aircraft. The services of company are aimed at clients in Russia, CIS and CES countries, covering an area within 1,5 hour flight from Vilnius.
