Vector Aerospace International Receives "Supplier of the Year" from Boeing

Fleetlands, – Vector Aerospace International Limited (Vector - www.vectoraerospace.com), a leading independent provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, has been recognised as Supplier of the Year in the Leaders Choice category by The Boeing Company. Vector Aerospace International was one of 16 companies honoured last night for its distinguished performance in working with Boeing.

In February, Vector Aerospace International was notified that its helicopter repair facility, based in Gosport, UK, was selected as one of four Leaders Choice recipients who received special nomination, which is necessary in achieving this designation. The award acknowledges superior performance and labels Supplier of the Year winners as best of the best.

This year’s winners represent an elite group among more than 17,525 active Boeing suppliers in nearly 52 countries around the world. This selection of the Leaders Choice category recipients was based on performance criteria such as providing competitive advantage, exceeding cost performance, outstanding improvements during the award year and contribution to the introduction of new products.
