Basel / Switzerland, May 26, 2011 - Jet Professionals, the global aviation staffing company and wholly owned subsidiary of Jet Aviation, has restructured its EMEA & Asia organization. The company appointed Phil Newton as new head of operations based in Basel, Switzerland. He reports to Jet Professionals’ EMEA & Asia managing director, Hani Farag. Jet Professionals has also signed a lease agreement with Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) at this year’s EBACE convention in Geneva, permitting the company to provide aviation staffing services from Al Bateen Executive Airport within the next few months.
Jet Professionals has hired Phil Newton as the new head of operations responsible for all recruiting activities for the company’s EMEA & Asia business. Phil reports to Hani Farag, managing director of Jet Professionals EMEA & Asia, and is based in Basel, Switzerland. The company also hired Elena Soulayman, recruitment coordinator, to manage the entire application process and to serve as point of contact for clients and candidates.
In an effort to establish Jet Professionals’ portfolio of staffing services in the growing Middle East market, the company signed a lease agreement at this year’s EBACE convention with ADAC, which will enable the company to provide aviation staffing services from Al Bateen Executive Airport. Services will be made available as soon as the necessary trade license is obtained from the Abu Dhabi Transport Authority.
