Aerolia intends to create 220 new jobs by the end of 2011, to help the company expand in France and abroad.

Aerolia is looking for experienced candidates to help it expand, as well as its operatives trained as Blue Collars in production at its own Lycée Potez de Méaulte.

The fields concerned include:

Engineering, in Toulouse, where aircraft noses and fuselages are designed;

Operations, in St Nazaire and Méaulte, where designs become reality with the production and delivery of more than 500 fuselages each year;

Research and Development.

Christian Cornille, CEO of Aerolia SAS, states that “In 2011 we will create the 600th job in three years, meaning that on average the company will have been hiring faster than one new employee every two working days.”

This new wave of recruitment will permit Aerolia to build on the industrial and commercial achievements of its current teams, particularly:

significant ramp-up of cadence for Airbus, its major customer

the design and production of plug-and-fly fuselages for the Global 7000 and Global 8000 business jets built by Bombardier, Aerolia’s most recent new customer.

This recruitment strategy is an integral part of Aerolia’s vision for 2020 and is proof of its capacity for development through its contacts with all aircraft manufacturers worldwide.
