Reed Stager Joins Flightcom, Portland, Ore., as Executive Vice President

July 6, 2011, Portland, OR – Flightcom, a leader in hands-free team communication systems for demanding environments, today announced the appointment of Reed Stager as executive vice president. Stager plans to use his nearly three decades of experience in high-technology marketing, business development, strategic planning, services and operations to expand Flightcom’s communication solutions, including its wired and wireless aviation headsets, to other communication needs in the aviation and military markets.

Stager has earned a reputation as a growth strategist and corporate deal maker in executive and management roles at Digimarc, MERANT, Inc., In Focus Systems, Tektronix and Mentor Graphics. He most recently served as CEO of Pinnacle Licensing Group, a technology licensing company based in San Francisco. He holds a master’s in business administration from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Lewis and Clark College.
