Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. Opens Line Maintenance Station in Kiev

Line Maintenance Station Kiev/Ukraine at Boryspil International Airport to support its customers Gulfstream G150 and G200 aircraft.

Swiss based Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. (Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.) has opened an EASA Part-145 Line Maintenance Station Kiev/Ukraine at Boryspil International Airport to support its customers Gulfstream G150 and G200 aircraft. The line maintenance support will also cover the airport of Zhulyany, and will include full 24/7 AOG service in Ukraine and adjacent countries. Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. is operating this facility with its local Ukrainian partner Aero-Charter Airlines.

Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. has a total staff of five experienced B1/B2 licensed technicians on site, to provide for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance up to A-Checks. Besides EASA-countries registered aircraft, the Line Station will also offer maintenance support on Ukrainian aircraft, authorization from the Ukrainian CAA is expected before the end of July.Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. is already a Gulfstream Authorized Warranty Repair Facility, and is the major MRO facility for Gulfstream’s mid-size cabin G100/G150/G200 aircraft in Europe. The Kiev Line Station is also authorized by Gulfstream as “Warranty Line Service Satellite Location”. Today, there are 5 Gulfstream G150/G200 aircraft located in Kiev, and Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. is expecting this fleet to grow to 7 already by the end of this year.
