Jet Aviation Dubai Completes First Legacy 650 L1 Base Maintenance Inspection in the Middle East

Dubai / United Arab Emirates, August 16, 2011 – Jet Aviation Dubai has completed its first Embraer Legacy 650 L1 base maintenance inspection.

Jet Aviation Dubai recently completed its first Embraer Legacy 650 L1 inspection, a mandatory inspection after the aircraft has accumulated 600 flight hours. The company has the largest Embraer Legacy customer base in the Middle East and is experiencing substantial demand for Legacy maintenance support.

As part of its global network, the Jet Aviation team that supports Embraer aircraft in Dubai employs a shift roster in order to provide 24/7 maintenance and AOG support per customer operational requirements. The team has an excellent track record for timely delivery.

Jet Aviation Dubai’s maintenance and FBO location was established in May 2005. The facility has a total of 4,200 square meters (45,192 square feet) of hangar space, a workshop area of 1,000 square meters (10,760 square feet), and a two-storey FBO building with an area of 1,050 square meters (11,300 square feet). The facility holds EASA #145.0317 maintenance approval and is an FAA #U8JY426Y repair station. It also holds Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Jordan CARC, Pakistan CAA, Saudi Arabia PCA and UAE GCAA approvals. Jet Aviation Dubai is an authorized service center for maintenance and warranty support to Boeing BBJ, the Gulfstream GIV and GV series, the Dassault Falcon 900, 2000 and 7X series, the Hawker Beechcraft 800 series and Embraer Legacy aircraft, including L4 inspections.
