STANSTED AIRPORT, ESSEX — AEM Limited, a unit of AMETEK Aerospace and Defense, has broadened its aviation maintenance and repair capabilities by expanding its range of services and adding a new purpose-built facility at Stansted Airport for aircraft fire extinguishers repair and overhaul.

AEM’s capabilities include all APU, engine fire, lavatory and portable fire extinguishers carried about aircraft. All work is done by highly skilled AEM technicians and meets ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9110 standards. AEM also is able to offer extensive savings and rapid turn around times with the use of EASA approved PMA and DER through Ameron/MASS Systems, another unit within the global AMETEK MRO network.
