Ground Support personnel at Toronto's Pearson International Airport are expected to march and hold speeches Monday in an effort to establish a new minimum wage.

According to a report from CBC Toronto, hundreds of ground workers are planning to rallying for a minimum wage of $15 for all staff employed by the more than 300 companies operating out of Pearson.  Monday marks International Workers Day.

The report states difficult working conditions, significant turnover rates and understaffed teams are among the reasons employees are seeking an increase in pay.
