Salt Lake City International Airport Chief Riley Announces Retirement After 10 years

After a decade running Salt Lake City International Airport, Maureen Riley announced Thursday she plans to retire at the end of June.

Riley, an accountant who came to Utah from Florida in 2007, will retire June 30 and return to the Orlando area.

She will leave after the airport in 2016 served a record number of passengers and as it is in the midst of a $3 billion expansion, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2020.
