Four months before starting service from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, Southwest Airlines officials have been in town the past three days wooing Cincinnati business leaders, attending the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner on Thursday night and lavishing a few lucky attendees with $100 gift cards and round-trip tickets.
I sat down with three Southwest representatives on Thursday afternoon, including David Harvey, Southwest’s managing director for business development, after they attended a lunch with top business leaders at the Queen City Club downtown.
