Two Baggage Handlers Injured When Equipment Catches Fire

Two baggage handlers in Orlando, FL, were hospitalized when a piece of ground service equipment caught fire beside a plane.

According to a report from the Irish Times, a suspected oil pipe malfunction outside an Aer Lingus plane, which was preparing to leave Orlando on Thursday evening ahead of Hurricane Matthew, caused the injuries.

The report says the staff members were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Centre, and the severity of their injuries is unknown.
