Pat Wainman, Airport Manager for Swissport at Leeds Bradford Airport visited The Aviation Academy to announce the scheme to Level 3 and Degree Level Aviation students that they have an exclusive opportunity to gain employment with Swissport at Leeds Bradford Airport whilst studying on their course. Swissport are the ground handling agent for airlines such as British Airways, Monarch and KLM at Leeds Bradford Airport, managing around 300 aircraft turnarounds a week with customer service functions and safety dispatch and ramp functions ensuring safe, efficient and timely aircraft turnarounds.
