The Kyiv Post, a weekly English newspaper published in Ukraine, has a story today headlined "Swissport Exits Nation After Losing Legal Battle." Much of the story is behind a firewall, but more details here and here point to the ground service providing ending its legal battle to regain control of its former Ukraine ground handling operation. The last legal decision on the case happened on Nov. 26, when Ukraine's Supreme Court on Economic Affairs legitimized Ukraine International Airlines' purchase of a 70.6 percent stake in Swissport Ukraine, an airport service and cargo handling company that used to be a joint venture of both entities. It is now named Interavia.
