The Gary Jet Center Awarded Supplier Of The Year Award By The Boeing Company

The Gary Jet Center has been recognized as Supplier of the Year in the Non-Production category by The Boeing Company.  The Gary Jet Center was one of 15 companies honored April 17 in Chicago for its high-level performance and service quality in working with Boeing in 2013.

The Gary Jet Center was selected as one of 15 companies as Supplier of the Year among more than 11,000 active Boeing suppliers worldwide, an elite accomplishment recognizing the company's commitment to exceeding quality, on-time delivery, post-delivery support and affordability goals, and demonstrating the ability to anticipate and respond to changing requirements.

"These supplier-partners performed exceptionally last year—in ways that differentiated them," said Jim McNerney, Boeing chairman and chief executive officer. "We look to their partnership in the future to keep Boeing at the forefront of technology, innovation, productivity and affordability."

The Gary Jet Center has been working with Boeing since 2001 to provide ground maintenance and onsite ground handling for Boeing's executive flight operations fleet.  The Gary Jet Center operates a Boeing-only maintenance team, offering a high-level of efficiency and focus to meet Boeing's maintenance and travel needs.

Gary Jet Center is proud to add the Boeing award to its list of recent awards, which includes the 2012 Secretary of Defense Freedom Award for exceeding requirements to support their deployed National Guard and reserve employees.
