Dassault Falcon Jet has mobilized its customer service resources to provide support for Falcon operators traveling to Super Bowl XLVIII. About 1200 business jets are expected to visit the New York metropolitan area for the week - 600 of them through Teterboro Airport.

The Dassault Falcon Jet headquarters - and the company's largest Falcon spares depot - are located at Teterboro, the main business aviation gateway to the Super Bowl.

In addition to ensuring ample spares inventory, Falcon Regional Distribution Centers are prepared to dispatch parts to operators who may have a requirement while traveling to the event. Field Service Representatives and Customer Service Managers will be strategically positioned on site to work directly with operators and service centers; and travel-ready GoTeams will also be present.

"Our plan includes support for our customers who will be traveling to the event and, leading up to the Super Bowl, a special showing of the full-sized cabin mockup of our new Falcon 5X large cabin jet," said John Rosanvallon, President and CEO of Dassault Falcon Jet. The mockup of the Falcon 5X, introduced at the NBAA last October, will stop at the Super Bowl for an invitation-only VIP event on Sunday afternoon prior to kickoff.
