Cutter Aviation is among the companies to respond to proposal requests for a possible second fixed-base operator at Montrose Regional Airport.

Montrose County, citing its procurement policy, has not released the names of the two entities that responded to its earlier request for proposals process, but Cutter’s vice president and chief financial officer Steven Prieser has confirmed his company’s interest to the Daily Press.

“Cutter did respond to the airport FBO RFP,” Prieser said in an email. He declined to provide more information until the company hears back from the county concerning the RFP.
