AMERICAN AERO PARTNERS WITH NAVY SEAL FOUNDATION TO SUPPORT ELITE SERVICE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES
Fort Worth, Texas – Oct. 22, 2013 – American Aero, a Fort Worth fixed-base operator (FBO), today announced a new charitable partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation. American Aero will inaugurate a special program -- “Red, White and Blue” -- that will enable FBO customers to contribute 10 cents of every gallon of fuel purchased to the Navy SEAL Foundation. The opportunity will begin today, the start of the National Business Aviation Association’s annual three-day convention and exhibition.
Since 2000 the Navy SEAL Foundation has provided immediate and ongoing support and assistance to all U.S. Navy SEALs, Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen, Naval Special Warfare (NSW) support personnel, as well as their spouses and families. The Foundation coordinates closely with NSW commands to support critical needs of active-duty operators while also providing resources for veterans. Its work is focused on three key areas: family services and command support, educational programs and legacy activities.
