On online report says, the New Zealand Commerce Commission has cleared Menzies Aviation (New Zealand) Limited to acquire Skystar Airport Services NZ Pty Limited.
The proposed acquisition would result in overlap in the provision of ground handling services at Christchurch and Dunedin Airports.
