American Aero Welcomes AOPA to Fort Worth for Annual Summit

American Aero, a Fort Worth fixed-base operator (FBO), today officially welcomed the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) to Fort Worth Meacham International Airport (KFTW) for the association’s annual Aviation Summit

Fort Worth, Texas – Oct. 10, 2013 – American Aero, a Fort Worth fixed-base operator (FBO), today officially welcomed the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) to Fort Worth Meacham International Airport (KFTW) for the association’s annual Aviation Summit. Over the three-day event, American Aero will extend its highly trained staff, expert customer services and ground transportation for the convenience of convention attendees.

AOPA’s Aviation Summit 2013 offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable information on current general aviation topics, with seminars on cutting-edge technology, exhibit booths, product demonstrations and an extensive display of general aviation aircraft.

Bob Agostino, American Aero’s vice president of operations, noted the “tremendous impact” of general aviation on the national economy. According to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, general aviation contributes more than $150 billion to the U.S. economy annually and employs approximately 1.2 million people.
