Lufthansa has assigned aviationexperts PCS to help set into operation its new Premium Economy Class. The consultancy, specialized in the realization of complex projects, will assist Lufthansa’s core team in the fields of project management, business process alignment and IT migration.
This March, Lufthansa announced the introduction of a premium economy class for its fleet. The upgrade will begin in the spring of 2014. Until then, a wide range of tasks has to be performed within the LH organization: The retrofitting of the aircraft has to be coordinated, IT systems have to be adapted and the pricing has to be re-assessed – to name just a few. aviationexperts has been chosen to support the Lufthansa project team in this important mission. “The team of aviationexperts has demonstrated its profound experience in all the areas being crucial for the success of this large project, which is why we chose to work with them”, says Christopher Heck, Project Manager at Lufthansa.
