Black Forest Ventures’ new $15 million fixed base of operations is scheduled for an October finish, and a Black Walnut restaurant on the top floor of a three-story office building will open in January.
Galaxy, a subsidiary of Black Forest Ventures, will begin using two massive hangars, each totaling 76,000 square feet, in September. These hangars can easily fit four large cabin jets and 15-20 mid-sized business jets.
The site's main building will offer 25,000 square feet of space for an operations center, office space and the restaurant. The main floor will include a room for business meetings and press conferences.
It is expected that the new facility will bring about 30 new jobs to the economy once completed.
