Think Global Flight Fuels Excitement at KidVenture during AirVenture

Captain Judy, Navigator Fred, and the TGF Team will broadcast live and videotape as they interview KidVenture youth and parents.

Oshkosh, Wisconsin, July 29 – August 4, 2013.  Think Global Flight will ‘fuel’ the excitement created during AirVenture in the KidVenture area.  Captain Judy Rice and Navigator Fred Nauer will be featured in the EAA Young Eagles Education Course activities as the KidVenture youth learn about flying through this exciting educational around the world adventure.

Captain Judy, Navigator Fred, and the TGF Team will broadcast live and videotape as they interview KidVenture youth and parents. These live interviews will be posted on the TGF web site broadcast throughout the world as the Crew promotes education and inspires students.

In addition, some of the presentation highlights include: July 30th at Teacher Day; August 1 & 2 in the Federal Pavilion; and August 3rd in the Museum Wright Flyer room.

Think Global Flight has reached nearly 85% of the one million dollars with all donations going toward education or flight logistics.

Think Global Flight, an around the world flight of adventure, recognizes the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.  This historic flight will increase the number of students around the globe interested in and inspired by aviation and aerospace as they follow the crew on their journey around the Earth.

There are currently 10,000 students participating across the globe located in 12 countries and 26 states.  The FAA and Department of Education has recognized this quality program for providing real world application to learning.
