The State of Alaska has issued the following Public Notice:
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 4, Block 100, consisting of approximately 22,500 square feet (ADA-50679), at Wrangell Airport for approximately 40 years. Applicant: Stephen Prunella. Authorized uses: Purchase, renovation and maintenance of existing hangar for storage and maintenance of private aircraft, air freight and mail handling, mail holding facility, rental car facility, office space in support of these functions, TSA offices. Annual rent: $2,767.50.
Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 pm, May 10, 2013, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
