Precision Aviation Group (PAG) Announces Sales Team Restructure At Precision Aero Technology (PAT)

April 12, 2013
The company has appointed Hafid Garcia as PAT Sales Manager and hired Chris Jefferson as the company's new National Accounts Manager.

Atlanta-based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leading provider of products and value-added services to the Worldwide Aerospace and Defense industries announces a restructuring of the sales team for Long Beach, CA. based Precision Aero Technology (PAT).  The company has appointed Hafid Garcia as PAT Sales Manager and hired Chris Jefferson as the company's new National Accounts Manager.  The new structure with these two key positions allows PAT sales to leverage the company's expanded capabilities as a member of the Precision Aviation Group of Companies offering worldwide Commercial, Military and General Aviation services for both Fixed and Rotary-Wing platforms.

Hafid Garcia, an experienced 15 year Aerospace veteran, will manage all sales activities for PAT.  For the past five years he was a top-producing sales representative at Precision Heliparts (PHP), an Atlanta, GA based PAG company.  "My goal is to expand support in the GA market specifically on the West Coast," said Garcia.  "Beyond bringing exceptional MRO services to an underserved market, there is tremendous opportunity to expand services to the existing PAT customer base which has primarily focused on Commercial and Military markets."

Growing PAT's opportunities in the core business is the focus of PAT's new National Accounts Manager, Chris Jefferson.  Jefferson is a 9 year technical sales veteran who came to PAT directly from the commercial aviation industry where he spent the past four years.   "We have the strongest sales team we have ever had," said Ketan Desai, PAG Vice President of Sales.  "Our goal is for our customers to grow with us.  With increased communication and daily sales support, we can make it happen."

"PAG acquired PAT (formerly Aero Technology Inc.) in 2011 to diversify PAG's MRO capabilities and expand the company's operations into one of the largest aviation markets providing a platform for growth both for PAG and PAT.  The key to our successful growth is to make consistent planned capital investments in facilities, capabilities and inventory.  At the core of all of those investments are great people.  Hafid Garcia and Chris Jefferson are both key players in the plans that we have for PAT," said David Mast, PAG President and CEO.
