An aviation rulemaking committee is working on recommendations to make regulatory interpretation more consistent and is seeking feedback from the aviation community. Data collected through the survey, spearheaded by the Consistency of Regulatory Interpretation Aviation Rulemaking Committee, will be included in the groups recommendations to the FAA administrator at the end of the year. The survey should be completed by Sept. 25. A free webinar is being offered Sept. 7 at 11 a.m. Eastern to update the industry on the committees progress and provide more information about the survey.
