Embraer inks support and services deal with Jet Aviation - Moscow Vnukovo
Embraer has inked a deal with Jet Aviation - Moscow Vnukovo.With this deal, Embraer aims to strengthen the level of service provided to Russian Legacy 600/650 customers by setting up line maintenance service to respond 24/7 with certified mechanics, special tools and a readily available onsite spares depot. Jet Aviation, which is based at Vnukovo International Airport (VKO), can now offer support to Legacy 600/650 customers. A spares depot, with over 400 part numbers, worth US $1.6 million, will be entirely stocked by mid June.Under this partnership, Embraer Executive Care (EEC) will also be available in the region as an option. EEC is a complete airframe maintenance program which enables simple and predictable implementation of maintenance on aircraft. It offers maintenance support for a given period with fixed hourly fees, transferring the risk of maintenance costs variation from the customer to Embraer.Antonio Martini Neto, VP of Customer Support and Services at Embraer for Europe, Middle East and Africa Executive Jets, said, We are delighted to improve our Customer Support & Services in Russia with Jet Aviation - Moscow Vnukovo to further demonstrate our commitment to provide the best support for our Legacy 600/650 family customers in the region.
