GippsAero, a Mahindra Group Company and manufacturer of the successful GA8 Airvan, is proud to announce participation and major sponsorship at Sywell Aero Expo 2012.

Sywell Aero Expo will take place on the 25^th – 27^th of May at Sywell Aerodrome. Attracting large crowds of over 10,000 aviation enthusiasts, Sywell Aerodrome sits between the UK's two largest cities, London and Birmingham. The Air Show will showcase the best in General Aviation, including: business jets, turboprops, piston, light sport, microlights, ultralights, helicopters and related products and services.

GippsAero will have its flagship aircraft, the GA8 Airvan, on show at Sywell (Static Display # 13), and a sneak preview will also be made available of the new GA10, a 10 seat turbo prop, and the latest offering from the company.

The GA8 Airvan is an 8 seat utility aircraft, received type certification for Europe in 2005 and has since gained wide acceptance; Airvans now flying in Germany, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Romania, Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Ireland. The aircraft is well known for its low operating costs and versatility, and has been adopted by a growing number of commercial operators in tourism, air taxi, skydive, and law enforcement segments.

As well as the GA8, GippsAero is also well underway with the development of the GA10. The new variant fits a unique niche in the market and will suit a wide range of applications from passenger and freight work to air survey and surveillance roles.
