Eaton to Supply Content for New Boeing F-15SA Fighters and Retrofits in Agreement Between U.S. Government and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation will provide significant content on 84 new Boeing F-15SA fighter aircraft for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) in a purchase agreement announced between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the U.S. government. The deal also includes upgrades to the SA configuration for 70 F-15S fighter jets in the RSAF fleet.

Eaton will supply products for F-15SA new builds and retrofits, including hydraulic valves, fuel valves, landing gear valves, boost and transfer pumps, and actuators. To meet Boeing’s updated specifications for the SA variant, Eaton engineers have upgraded switching valves to support the fighter’s new digital fly-by-wire flight control system.
