Chris Cook Appointed Vice President, Cabin Systems Solutions for Crane Aerospace & Electronics

Cook will be responsible for leading Crane’s Cabin Systems product line.

HAMBURG – March 27, 2012 – Crane Aerospace & Electronics has announced the appointment of Chris Cook to the position of Vice President, Cabin Systems Solutions. Cook will be responsible for leading Crane’s Cabin Systems product line. The role encompasses strategy development and planning, achievement of key product line financial objectives, leadership of business and product development activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to Cabin Systems products and support. Crane’s Cabin Systems’ mcX and iMotion® products provide computer controlled electronic seat motion and comfort control systems for first and business class seating, and its Hydrolok® and Mechlok® products provide seat recline actuation and control.

Prior to accepting this position with Crane, Cook was a Director of Cabin Systems Programs for Crane. Before that, he spent 13 years with General Dynamics, holding various Engineering and Program Management roles. He is a Certificated Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB).
